The Moirai, also known as the fates, are in charge of deciding a person's time on earth. How long should one live, being it a long or short life, I wondered how would they feel about it, surrounded by life and death. I thought about it and also let myself feel, as I drew.

Clotho is the spinner, she's the one who weaves your thread of life. She's blinded by her own threads, unable or unwilling to see how they will end, whatever her reasons are.
Lachesis is the alloter, she decides where your thread should be cut. As someone who neither weaves or cuts the thread, maybe she feels less worse, perhaps a bit detached from the job? Or maybe just resigned herself to her duty.
Atropos as the one who cuts the thread, cannot shield her eyes from what she must do, and as the abhorred shears wielder, is washed over by every life that her scissors snips.
